Human Resources Development Commission of Allegany County( HRDC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating social and economic barriers and promoting community stability through services and advocacy.

YMCA of Cumberland

Afterschool activities, recreation, health and fitness all play a big role in this community oriented organization. From summer camps to yearly dragon boat races, the YMCA of Cumberland fosters community spirit through activities and events.
